Everybody at the Arch Clinic is very friendly, professional and caring. I have been taking my furry friends there to see Dr. Williams for almost 11 years. He is the best vet I've met. So caring and kind and he treats each pet with affection. Now Dr. Williams has a new vet partner who is as loving and caring for my pets as he is. I hope continue to taking my doggies to Arch Clinic for a long time!
I love how, especially under the circumstances, the office is always so clean and how professionally of a medical facility it looks and feels like a doctor's office. The staff is so welcoming, polite, and attentive. Your practice is well organized with no overflow of patients and long wait time. Also, I feel it was an exceptional courtesy to light a candle and small plaque asking arrivals to please help in keeping voices low while someone is saying goodbye to their family pet member. Keep up the amazing work.
Fantastic experience at Arch Creek Animal Clinic! I brought my French Bulldog, Ace, in unexpectedly on a Saturday for an urgent eye injury, and the team took such great care of him. They were compassionate, professional, and truly put my mind at ease. Highly recommend them to any pet parent! Updating my previous review: Took my dog Ace back here yesterday (August 27) for a follow-up checkup on his eye injury, and the exceptional care continues. The staff is always gentle, thorough, and supportive. Still highly recommend!
