When 10/30/23 and Sashtia gave amazing customer service. She was really experienced with brow shape and noticing I had a thin spot. I’m only going back on the days she works because those little things really matter. Thank you for the above and beyond service! The price makes it even better!

I go to all three locations. They only had to tell me once that if you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment you lose it. So you can imagine how frustrating it is to have to wait 10+ mins for your nail tech to finish someone else after your appointment time. This has become more frequent. I usually don’t say anything because everyone is so good at their jobs but it’s just so constant and the customer service is honestly going down and the prices keep going up. Sharon is AMAZING!!! She’s pleasant, tidy, efficient and very welcoming. Any time I’m in Miami, I don’t care where she is I’m going to see her! Oh and my whole face is on point of course! Her working days are Tuesday-Friday so make sure you don’t forget!
