“I needed a repair with my wall oven. It couldn't have happened at a worse time, but there is never a good time. It was necessary to pull the oven out of the cabinet to replace the defective part, and I could not help but imagine horrible things. My technician was Benny, and he did a great job with the repair. He was professional and courteous and obviously knew what he was doing. Was the repair cheap, no, but a new installed oven would have cost many times more. I am very happy with my repair.“
