“I went to Destin Hot Yoga three times during vacation & enjoyed every class! I attended Heated Vin with Angel (great energy in a PACKED class), Hot Yin/Yang Flow with Heather (yummy slow flow perfect for a recovery day), Hot Power Hour with Justin (steady powerful class with great music to distract you from how much your legs are shaking lol). Drop-ins are $27 but an unlimited weekly visitor pass is $95 & includes mat/towel rental.

“I took four classes at Prana while vacationing in Destin with my family. Schuyler leads classes that feel more like thoughtful workshops. She focuses on proper form and alignment while still delivering an enjoyable flow. I enjoyed the smaller class size. I felt very welcome there as a visitor. They really have a great community at prana. I sense that regular practice here would unlock new depths in my yoga practice. The classes are hot and challenging but with Schuyler’s gentle encouragement I felt comfortable to try new things. My crow pose already improved in just one week! Highly recommend!“
