This is such an excellent business model - I wish more of these places existed around the country. Highly recommend to the mom needing a break from the kiddo and a good workout.“

“Before coming to Uru, I had severe back pain and would have to get injections. It hurt to even just walk. But after going here regularly for a few weeks I no longer have severe back pain and do not need injections anymore. The teachers are very friendly and I appreciate how this has helped me.“

7175 N Davis Hwy Suite C, Pensacola“I attended a free 30-minute Pilates class at a studio located in a small outdoor shopping mall off Davis Road in Pensacola. The space was clean, organized, and welcoming. They also had shirts and other memorabilia available for purchase.
The instructor was very to the point and did a great job explaining and guiding us through the class, which I really appreciated—especially as someone who likes clear direction.
While the regular class pricing was a bit more than I can afford right now, it was still a great experience overall. If you’re curious about Pilates and in the area, it’s definitely worth checking out.“

“I went to my first-ever Mysore class today with Dagan. I’ve only been to led Ashtanga classes before, so I walked in with all the usual nerves: Am I doing this right? Do I remember the order? Is everyone else going to know something I don’t?
By the time I left, I called my wife and told her it was the most fun I’ve ever had in a yoga studio.
If you’ve been curious about Mysore but hesitant, this is your sign to just go. Dagan creates an atmosphere where beginners feel supported and experienced practitioners still get the depth and attention they’re looking for. He meets every body exactly where it is, and somehow makes the whole room feel both relaxed and focused at the same time.
If you’re on the fence, don’t overthink it. Just show up — you’ll be glad you did.“
