“I joined symmetry a few years ago now. I absolutely adore this studio. All of the instructors I have had have been amazing. I did yoga for a couple years at home by myself prior to coming, and was pretty nervous about attending an in person class. My first class I was hooked. I had nothing to be nervous about! I love that it’s not a heated studio, because I just can not handle heat like that. They have something for everyone and every level, and it’s a no judgement/ no pressure environment which I love so much.
I also get regular massages from the masseuses who work there and they are amazing! My mind, body, and soul are always happy and fulfilled here.”
