Destin Hot Yoga

I finally got around to trying this studio and hot yoga, and I wasn’t disappointed.Let me start this review by saying I am FLUFFY, 50, and have rosacea that flares badly when I’m hot, so I look like I’d be more comfortable in Willy Wonka’s Chocolate Factory than a yoga studio. My years of fitness work are definitely not readily apparent right now, but no one there looked askance at me.Tina was substitute teaching tonight, and she was WONDERFUL from the moment I walked into the studio until I left. Mindful flow with Angel is the perfect class for me! very challenging, but at the right pace. also after class Angel had some inspirational words. something to the effect of: if you stay in the practice, instead of focus on quitting the things that no longer serve you, you won't have time for them and they'll fall away. I think as much as the yoga is helping me physically, i am inspired to continue to be a part of the "yoga family" that you have worked so hard to cultivate at Destin Hot Yoga.

I found this studio while visiting Destin. I knew I wanted to do some yoga while I was here, and I am so grateful to have landed here while I was in Destin. There were such beautiful and mindful flows, and I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of getting to be part of the Destin Hot Yoga community for this past week. Thank you friends and maybe I’ll get a chance to come back and enjoy the beautiful energy here again one day!
