We have taken 2 classes and they were amazing! Disappointed this year when we showed up 2 different days and there wasn’t an instructor there and nothing on their Facebook page about a class cancellation.

This is a MUST. In July, you meet under the pavilion for the 8:30 am sessions as it is too hot on the beach. Teacher has new mats, blocks and straps. A nice mix of locals or visitors. I have done a class or two for the last few years when we visit Destin. It's only $10.00 and WORTH it. Great, great yogi. Good for all levels. Incredibly relaxing. Remember to bring a towel and some water. Two thumbs up!!!

Absolutely my favorite yoga instructor in the Northwest Florida area. She's very welcoming, friendly, kind, and knowledgeable about what she teaches. I brought my friend to one of her classes for the first time and he will also be a returning member. We both loved it!
