She was absolutely incredible- so intentional with every movement and transition, and clearly thoughtful about creating a meaningful experience for our group! She made me feel so celebrated while also making everyone else feel comfortable and included. Our group felt genuinely welcomed and cared for the entire time. Shannon went out of her way to make sure we were supported and able to move at our own pace. It never felt intimidating- just really grounding, fun, and uplifting.
