“Wow! So grateful to discover this awesome studio. I’m a part-time local and have done a Lot of yoga along 30A, and this studio is my new favorite! Warm, welcoming, and classes filled with seasoned yogis, newbies, and everything in between. Plus a hip, airy space filled with natural light! Shannon is both one of the owners, and one of the instructors, and she not only is a fantastic teacher of the physical component of Yoga, but also a joyful, encouraging voice re: the mindfulness opportunity that Yoga presents… a respite for so many amidst a loud, stressful world. I highly encourage you to try this place. I am so glad I did, and it’s my new go-to!“
