The warranty was still good on them, I called Pella and was given an appointment to have them replaced. As of June 11, 2020, I have new windows and I can see clearly now! The three man team that were the installers were absolutely the best and were very professional and I’m happy with the result! I did have to pay for the labor, but not the windows.“
