Very responsive to a relatively easy repair. Included a careful pressure washing and complete and total cleanup after the job was concluded. My go-to roofer in Miami-Dade County.

Having discovered a roof leak in a 7 yr old roof, still under warranty, my first thoughts were that ‘here we go’…..I expected a drawn out ‘battle’ to get it fixed under the warranty still covering it - I am glad to have been wrong here!I want to say that Walter and the Roof Repair crew under Allan, were at my house fixing the leak in 4 days. No ‘battling’ at all. Walter and T&S Roofing stood by their warranty and we set a day for work to take place. They came out on Saturday and did, on all appearances, a very good job. They re-covered the roof where they believed the leak was originating and replaced all visible rotten boards. Thought getting the warranty...read full review
