Why I chose Gerico. Thorough inspection of roof and attic space. Pictures were taken and explained at first visit. All questions were answered as well as leaving samples of products to be used, for me to look at with more time and research company information. No pressures to purchase. Detailed explanation of multiple roof types as well as discussions on single vs secondary barriers. There was a full explanation if any repairs would be needed as well as meeting all current codes.I had a barrel concrete tiles roof and was considering a flat tiles vs metal.
