“Thoroughly enjoyed the food and service at this spot in the heart of North Beach. We visited on a Sunday and my friend and I each ordered one of the weekend specials - feijoada and bacalhau do chefe- and shared. Two totally different dishes, both excellent. The sangria was very enjoyable as well.”
“I recently had the pleasure of working with T&S Roofing Systems for a complete roof replacement at my home in Miami Springs, and I could not be happier with the experience. From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism, competence, and a true commitment to customer satisfaction.
Responsiveness and Professionalism:
From my first inquiry, the T&S team stood out. They were always courteous, attentive, and patient with my many questions. Every person I interacted with made me feel like my project mattered, and I could tell they were highly skilled and experienced in what they do.
Permitting and Project Management:
One of the most impressive aspects was how smoothly they handled the permitting process. In Miami-Dade, permitting can often be a headache, but T&S managed it exceptionally well—there were no hiccups, delays, or complications. Everything went quickly and without issue, giving me peace of mind that my project was in capable hands.
Efficiency and Quality of Work:
Once the job started, I was amazed at how quickly the work progressed. The actual number of working days was far fewer than I anticipated, yet the quality never suffered. Every day, the crew made sure to leave the site neat and orderly—something that really stood out compared to other contractors I’ve worked with in the past.
Attention to Detail and Accommodations:
I initially quoted with about five companies before deciding on T&S. While they weren’t the cheapest, nor the most expensive, they offered the right balance of competitive pricing, responsiveness, and attention to detail. They even accommodated special requests I had, such as adding additional vents to help keep my home cooler.
Structural Repairs and Competence:
During the project, they discovered termite damage in the tongue-and-groove wood planks. T&S handled the replacement seamlessly, ensuring the integrity of the structure before completing the roof installation. This gave me confidence that nothing was overlooked.
Long-Term Performance:
It’s been over a month since completion, and we’ve already had substantial heavy rains. I am pleased to say the roof is performing beautifully—no issues whatsoever. The workmanship and materials give me confidence this roof will serve me well for many years.
Value for Money:
The price was exactly where I felt it should be for the quality of service and materials I received. I truly believe I got excellent value—quality and service at a fair price.
Final Thoughts:
Choosing T&S Roofing Systems was the best decision I could have made for this important investment in my home. They exceeded my expectations in every way: professionalism, speed, cleanliness, competence, and customer service.
I wholeheartedly recommend T&S Roofing Systems to anyone in Miami-Dade looking for a reliable and top-quality roofing contractor.”
