I had a great experience with this window company and the saling person. I had some questions regarding the measurements, and they were answered to my satisfaction. They were also very helpful in resolving an issue regarding permits applucation in Hollywood; they contacted me quickly to ensure I was satisfied—and they succeeded. They are very efficient and helpful; I highly recommend them.

We did like how the installation was completed. Ernesto has extremely attention to detail and the finished product was great because of him.
However, I must share that we were frustrated and disappointed by their lack of communication -NOT Ernesto’s-.
After the sale, the saleswoman was almost impossible to get a hold of. I felt like begging her to answer questions about updates on the order. The two times I got information from her, (after several days trying to get updates), her first excuse was that she changed phones and her contacts didn’t transfer and the second time, her excuse was that the system was down (for days).
