I recently visited this Alo location in Miami...I was help by this tall guy name Diamond and he was wonderful and he really knew his product. There was this other person that I was trying to get to help me at first, and he really didn't wanted to help me with an attitude. When I asked another Alo employee who that guy was, they told me that he was the store manger. If it wasn't for Diamond, my friend and I would have left empty handed without making a purchase.
Emma went above and beyond 10/10 highly recommended I had a issue with Alo where I emailed them no response called them numerous amounts of time no answer try to live chat no reply but at the end of the day Emma came to to rescue and saved the day
Had an amazing experience here, all with the help from Sebastian! 🫶🏻 he was so sweet, welcoming, & attentive when we came in. He helped us choose the right shoes. The location is great- 10/10 experience. Life is what you make it.
