I reached out to Pro Choice Roofing to address a troublesome roof leak near our fireplace. Despite it being a relatively minor job, the team promptly arrived and efficiently completed the task before my afternoon commitments. I had the pleasure of interacting with Nick, who not only documented the issue through photographs but also took the time to walk me through the corrective measures undertaken.Nick identified an oversight from the previous roofing installation carried out by a company that unfortunately went out of business during Covid. When my home insurance policy was cancelled, I needed to replace my 19 year old roof as soon as possible. Called this roofer twice to make appt. Can’t get a call back.In response to the reply: Both times a person answered, took our number as if you were open and told us someone would call. Once was before Christmas, once after. You were ooen. Our call was answered. No one called us back after the lady said they would.And still as of today, when you are open, why has no one returned our calls? Basically, how many times do we have to leave a message?Updating my review to 5 star as company finally called, apologized and showed and helped us. This is what a good company does- they rectify a situation. Thank you!
