“As soon as you enter the office you see a very clean and welcoming environment where everyone from the front desk, hygienist and Dr. Galligan are super friendly and caring. They have TVs that welcome you specifically to your chair, and thankfully one on the ceiling to keep you occupied.

“I have worked in healthcare nearly 30 years, and understand it can be unpredictable at times. Schedules may be altered due to unexpected delays. I didn't get upset when I was asked to come early, yet was taken at my appointment time. The manager even stepped aside to apologize, and assured me that she would do what she could to make my first experience pleasant. Due to a situation I was in, I haven't been to the dentist in several years and was truly worried I would get bad news. Let's be honest, I was nervous.
The staff was very friendly, professional and made sure I was comfortable. The office was clean, although there was an offputting odor towards the front of the office.
I had panoramic and individual x rays, while uncomfortable, not completely un-doable, it is a necessary evil. And the tech was very polite and made sure I was comfortable. The dental hygienist was so sweet, and even though I thought I knew how my visit would go today, she made sure I was in minimal discomfort and she was also quite fast with her assessment. She asked me twice if I had any questions, just to be sure I didn't come up with any for her. She also assured me that they were a judgment free zone, which based on my history, I appreciated.
When the provider came in, she was so sweet, introduced herself and maintained her professionalism. I was so glad to hear that, albeit quite some time since my last exam due to unpleasant circumstances, I had no cavities. She did however have some valid recommendations for me. I am waiting for the cost estimate, however I was assured they would be available soon via email so I may plan my next visit for a scaling/cleaning and possibly alignment treatment.
All in all, I appreciate this dental clinic mainly for the kindness of the staff and how easy they made me getting back on track was. I am very comfortable to continue my dental care here.“
