They took their time with him, explained things in a way he could understand, and never made him feel rushed or scared. You can tell they truly know how to work with young kids and make them feel comfortable. As a parent, that meant a lot to me.

I had a severely infected tooth that required a difficult extraction and bone graft. Even though the procedure was challenging due to the abscess and inflammation, Dr. James stayed patient, professional, and made sure I was taken care of the entire time. The staff was understanding of my dental anxiety and made me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the process.
