Alena was The dental assistant who helped place the crown on my number three tooth and she scanned the tooth so well that the dentist, Dr. Joel ELEY told her that she did a great job! This is the first time that I have heard a doctor comment to an assistant that she did a great job. This says a lot about the doctor and his practice they believe in rewarding their employees with their emotional intelligence! Great company and they treated this veteran with outstanding customer service support!

I cannot fully express how happy I’ve been with 321 Family Dental. Everyone is so nice, caring, and they put me at ease every time I have an appointment. Dr. Eley is very thorough, and doesn’t mind my questions. Jessica; she is a rock star. I am a super anxious patient due to my sensitive teeth and she always takes her time to make sure I am okay throughout the process. Janine at the front desk always makes me smile. She cracks me up! I’ll be honest, the dentist is not my favorite place to go; but at least I know I will be taken care of when I go here. Would highly recommend for kids as well. Our whole family goes here!

My experience today with 321 Dental was wonderful. Not only did I purchase their membership plan for a great value, my hygienist Jessica was absolutely fabulous. She was sensitive to my needs the whole time and it was one of the best teeth cleanings I've ever had. I highly recommend 321 Dental.
