This place is amazing! From the compassionate understanding staff that greets you to the doctor himself, there is no shortage of true care for the patients experience. I called them desperate for relief, 40 mins later I was in the office. My appointment took just shy of an hour and the removal itself was complete in 10 minutes tops! Hands down the best experience ever! I’ve always dreaded the dentist and even felt shame in the past but I’m actually looking forward to my official check up in January!
Dr. Torras is MAGNIFICENT! I am grateful to have found a rare PEARL in a sea of options. He is thorough, gentle, funny, compassionate and efficient. His staff members are incredible, patient and always smiling. I was in an accident and had to find a new AND emergency dentist. Thankfully, after a horrid experience elsewhere Dr. Torras and his staff took care of me immediately, painlessly, selflessly and referred me to appropriate specific care for my issues. I went to Suntree smiles a few weeks ago for a cleaning. I was extremely happy with how that went, even though I had decay they helped find. I went back today for the filling. Once again I was very impressed! They did an amazing job with my cleaning, but in the past, fillings have been really uncomfortable for me. I am usually really difficult to numb. Previous Dentists have had to try numbing me again and again unsuccessfully. Dr. Torras was able to numb me immediately. I started going numb before he even finished the injection. That has never happened for me before! It was such a relief to not need a million injections. The filling went great, this is the first time I’ve ever had a cavity worked on and not felt it at all. I was comfortable the entire time! I was so comfortable; I was a little bummed when the filling was done. I wanted to stay in the chair longer. That’s never happened before! I’m so happy to have found Suntree Smiles! I am continually impressed with the serene, uplifting, and professional dentist’s office. I will make sure any of my family needing dental work sees Dr. Torras :) Also love these chairs they are so comfortable but they got me back so quick I couldn’t enjoy them enough.
