I was with my last dental office for over 13 years. After my last visit, that should have never happened. I found out some information, I wasn't happy with. I contacted Portofino Bay Dental Care of Melbourne and within a few weeks I had an office visit. From the time I walked into the door to the time I left, I was super happy with my decision. Professional, kind and curious are only the few words I can describe this staff. I was taken into an exam room with Andrea, let me tell ya she will make you laugh and make you feel very comfortable. Always a pleasant welcome when you arrive at appointment. Never a long wait to been seen by the doctor. Always professional and helpful answering any questions and concerns you may help. That ticks off a lot of boxes for me!

Portofino Bay Dental Care did a very through job examining my teeth. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth, Amanda, was very gentle. It was a true pleasure to go to a dentist who seemed to care and was NOT trying to meet some corporate mandated quota of an unreasonable number of patients per hour. I left with a genuine smile! ( My teeth felt great and were sparkling white too!)
