“We just finished a job with Todd Thomas Homes which included renovating two 30 year-old bathrooms, new flooring for four separate rooms, paint in three rooms, and adding a closet in the master bedroom. Our supervisor, Greg, was very involved day to day. There were a few minor issues, as expected with any remodel job, but Greg made sure they were taken care of immediately and to our satisfaction. He is a great problem solver and even suggested some things that we had not thought about. The best part is they finished earlier than the estimate finish date. We really enjoyed using Builder Trend to see the schedule of work that was happening on any given day or planned for the following week(s). By the end of the project, Greg was a trusted friend and part of the family. We are grateful for his dedication to our job. Also enjoyed working with Betty (cabinet layout), Lester (cabinet installation), and Rob (love my custom closet). The demo team was amazing… polite, courteous, respectful, and clean! I highly recommend Todd Thomas, especially if you value communication, workers that show up on time, and smooth, consistent progress on your job. Photos include before and after of bathrooms. “This company obtained an estimate of the ductwork that needed done for a property that I was about to buy. Other AC companies only did an estimate on what they could see because there was no crawlspace (which was a few hundred dollars because you could only see 1/10 of the ductwork due to the lack of crawlspace), but this AC company did a thorough estimate and it was roughly $11,000 to get the ductwork replaced because it was recalled about 10 years ago. The homeowners made a fuss and would not negotiate so I walked. I am so thankful that he was able to do such a thorough inspection and I saved myself a ton of money that I would not have after I bought the home.“

“I was impressed with Jim from our first meeting. He came out in person to walk the property to scope the job. He acknowledged everything we pointed out, and identified several other things we had not noticed before. After this, he took out his clipboard and hand-wrote his estimate, listing in detail, from memory, everything we had talked about.

His price was not the cheapest (but was close), and was much more comprehensive than others.

On the scheduled date, the crew arrived when expected, and completed all work in a professional manner. After they were done, they walked the property with my wife, who pointed out one tiny crack they had missed (which was only visible in certain light), which they fixed before leaving.
