The technician arrived on time, very professional, dressed in uniform, explained the process, checked the tower washer/dryer and found the issue. We required additional parts to be ordered which he also took care off. The following visit was scheduled by the company two days later with the email and text confirmations. He called to check if he could arrive earlier and that was a better time for me. Frank came in, fixed the problem and I have my dryer working. I got all invoices in the email, so there were no surprises about the cost.
