The new roof that Dynasty Roofing provided for our home, in Margate Florida, was the best experience I have ever had! From bid, through demolition, cleanup, finish, inspections, and invoice, Antonio and his team were flawless in every aspect of the work. We especially appreciated that Antonio visited our home and ‘walked’ the roof. Other companies simply did a bid from satellite technology (or visited but with their feet firmly planted on the ground). While technology helps with area calculations and seeing roof complexity, it can’t help with identifying how much facia will likely need to be replaced or how many plywood sheets might be spongy. We had zero additional costs because of this hands-on approach of putting together a bid, and the bid was very fair/competitive.
Dynasty Roofing also has a wealth of experience on the pros and cons of different approaches to roofing. It is worth learning from them regarding what your options are. Other companies did not take the time to make us aware of the alternatives. Or worse, seemed to want to scare us into the most expensive solution.

The office staff called for a follow-up and an install date was set. The office staff are professional, accommodating and the process was quick.

The installers called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were aware I had inquired about the downspout locations from the diagram. He walked me around the house and showed me the downspout locations. He explained the locations based on the roof slope. He also recommended the downspout direction at the bottom for the flow of water. He also took into consideration the downspout locations for safety. The installers were professional and thorough.
