John Chase visited my home and gave me the estimate of the repair. I made the appointment for a Monday, which is my day off, and which they gave me. The office called to confirm appointment and said to expect the crew between 8:00am to 8:30am. Juan the certified tech was knocking on my door at 7:59am!!! Awesome worker and explained everything in detail and the rest of his crew were great also. All hard worker's and left my yard the way it was before they came. No materials or trash left behind! Philip is excellent. I had an emergency and he came out on a Saturday to help get things started. Ended up doing a temp roof repair and then a re-roof. He was always available to help and extremely responsive. He's a great guy and a wonderful rep. Brooke and the rest of the team are also top notch. Roof looks wonderful.
