“Finding a good and reliable roofing company is not easy, so I was very happy when a neighbor recommended Distinctive Roofing to us.<br><br>From beginning to end, the entire process was incredibly smooth. The owner came to our house personally, explained everything in detail, and took the time to answer all of our questions. What impressed me the most was their project planning. Everything was so well organized and thought out, which made the whole experience much easier than I expected.<br><br>The communication was also excellent. I was actually out of the country while the roof was being replaced, and everything was handled through email without any issues. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, sent pictures along the way, and emailed me the results of the different inspections. I never felt like I had to chase anyone for an update.<br><br>When I came back from my trip, I had a brand-new roof! It was honestly amazing to know that everything had been completed while I was away.<br><br>A few days later, the owner came by personally to drop off all the warranties and paperwork and to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. There were a couple of minor things that needed attention, and they are already being addressed quickly.<br><br>The entire team was professional, responsive, organized, and reliable. Most importantly, they did what they said they were going to do, correctly and on time. I’m very happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend Distinctive Roofing to anyone looking for a roofing company they can trust!”
