One of the biggest issues for a homeowner, is finding quality companies when it comes to taking care of your home. I had my roof completed by RHI in 2018, and had to contact them recently for an inspection for insurance purposes. I reviewed my warranty, and expected to encounter issues when I contacted them. I did not.Once I contacted the office, Mike responded to me in a timely manner, and made sure to send someone out the next day. We hired RHI for a tear off and new shingle roof installation. We could not have had a better experience or been more pleased with the quality of the work. David Panella, Production Manager, was our contact. He is very knowledgeable, detailed, responsive and a pleasure to work with. He explained the roofing options and process to us and made everything from the proposal, contract, permit and scheduling through completion of the job and payment absolutely seamless.
