“A friend recommended Rain Shield and I couldn't be more pleased. Mario came out to look and measure the house. I received an estimate and diagram within a day. The office staff called for a follow-up and an install date was set. The office staff are professional, accommodating and the process was quick.

The installers called to give me an estimated time of arrival. When they arrived they were aware I had inquired about the downspout locations from the diagram. He walked me around the house and showed me the downspout locations. He explained the locations based on the roof slope. He also recommended the downspout direction at the bottom for the flow of water. He also took into consideration the downspout locations for safety. The installers were professional and thorough.
