Customer service is a lost art with most companies nowadays. Not with Carlos from Imperial. He and his team did an amazing job building a large dock for us. From design to permitting to construction, everything was done professionally and they made suggestions during construction to make the finished product even better. Even when there was a minor issue, Imperial stepped up and took care of it quickly. I have worked with many contractors on several construction projects, and I can honestly say this company is one of the best. Doing anything with a dock is at least a year process, so plan ahead, but wait extra to work with this company if you need to.

Kudos to Carlos and his team at Imperial Marine here on Marco Island for their phenomenal work and customer service!From the moment we started building our new home, through the construction period and now that we've moved into our home, Carlos and his team performed above expectations and delivered an outstanding, quality dock! His communication throughout the process and his attention to detail was excellent. IMC was the most responsive, easiest subcontractor we experienced during our 2-year build and continue to provide us excellent service as new owners. I signed a contract with Imperial for a seawall/dock replacement last November.They were able to start my job in January well ahead of estimates given by other companies bidding the job.I am very impressed with their commitment to quality and their work ethic. They are here on the job when they say. They work hard and make sure the job is done correctly.
