The owner was gracious, professional, and exceptionally attentive. She took her time with my nails and demonstrated great care throughout the entire process. I particularly appreciated her use of smaller, more precise drill bits, which made the service comfortable and prevented the sensitivity and discomfort I have occasionally experienced at other salons.

The quality of her work was equally impressive. More than two weeks later, my nails still looked beautiful and well maintained, which speaks to the care and attention she puts into her work.

However, I was disappointed that the service did not include more of a spa like experience - a short shoulder massage was not included at the end of service. Had a pedicure last week - the technician polished my toes before putting on my flip flops, Later, I noticed the polish was messed up. I returned about an hour later and they did promptly fix it.“
