The entire team took the time to truly listen to what we wanted, respected our budget, and designed a backyard that exceeded every expectation we had. Larry didn’t treat us like just another customer—he got to know our family, remembered our kids’ and even our dogs’ names, and by the end of the project, we truly felt like family.

Their attention to detail was exceptional. Every part of our backyard came together beautifully—from the stunning pool and screened cage to the gorgeous paver deck and the roof extension off our lanai. One of the most meaningful features they included was the built-in therapy jet benches, which have been such a blessing for my husband’s back after his military service and injury. That level of thoughtfulness meant more to us than words can express.

We were also amazed at how quickly the entire project was completed. We expected the process to take much longer, but Graco Pools stayed on schedule without ever sacrificing quality or craftsmanship. Our neighbors were so amazed at how quickly our project was finished.

“You couldn’t ask for better people to deal with on a job most people aren’t familiar with. We had our driveway replaced due to years of tree roots pushing up the old concrete and Mike and his small crew pulled up the old concrete, took out the roots causing the problem without disrupting our irrigation lines that were under the old driveway, had every piece of old concrete hauled away, and had the forms in place by 10am when the concrete truck arrived to pour the new driveway. They had the new driveway poured, floated and trowel to a perfect finish, then did a light brush all before noon. Mike came highly recommended and didn’t disappoint!“
