The difference with Shingle Masters, they were the only company I called that actually got on the roof. The others used software to get the dimensions of the roof and calculated a price before ever coming to the house. Shingle Masters for on the roof and saw the damage. Explained why it was leaking and offered a solution. The others just offered a new roof at a price.“
