The scope of work included completely removing the existing concrete slab, installing new concrete foundations, a brand new paver deck, and adding a pool enclosure. We ended up deciding to add replacing the existing waterline tile with tiles that matched our vision.

After meeting with Larry, it became very clear to us that him and his team were the contractor we wanted to work with. They took the time to listen to our thoughts and concerns and put together a proposal that was not only extremely well priced, but well thought out piece by piece while capturing every line item of work we had talked about in our first meeting.

The planning was super thorough, which allowed to keep the project on track once we started work and avoid any major mishaps. Larry was on site every day, whether it was simply to check in with the crews (or us) or actually pick up a shovel and help his team.

The project finished on time, within budget, and exceeded our expectations. Pictures do not do this remodel justice. I would never hesitate to recommend them to family, friends, or anyone reading this review.“
