I recently had Graco Construction do a complete pool deck renovation and pool deck extension. The old cement pool coping and pool deck was re-done with modern looking pavers, giving my whole backyard a much-needed facelift. Graco was great to work with, kept me informed every step along the way from permits to completion, I could not be happier with the outcome and highly recommend Graco Construction to anyone in the Sun City Center area.
We initially reached out to Graco for pricing a pool renovation for our home in Valrico, Florida. The scope of work included completely removing the existing concrete slab, installing new concrete foundations, a brand new paver deck, and adding a pool enclosure. We ended up deciding to add replacing the existing waterline tile with tiles that matched our vision.
