“Moved into a new house with an ant problem. These guys were able to come out within 2 days and take care of it. Our technician was super friendly and knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave us tips on how best to manage it. The solution he sprayed was odorless and non-toxic to humans. The annual contract is pretty reasonable. Highly recommend!“

I cannot say enough good things about Ro at Highland Pest Control. He is hands down the best service professional we’ve ever worked with.

Ro is an excellent communicator, incredibly flexible with scheduling, and always on time. What truly sets him apart is his willingness to find solutions that work for your specific situation. Our son has a rare disease, so we have to be extremely careful about chemical exposure while still wanting to enjoy our outdoor space. Ro listened to our concerns and didn’t stop working until he got our mosquito problem under control using approaches we were comfortable with.

His attention to detail and kindness go far beyond pest control. Before spraying, he picks up toys and personal items to keep them safe. He once found loose change in our yard, picked it up, and sent me a picture showing where he placed it. He even fixed our leaky hose without us asking!

“We’ve been using Ringdahl for years and wouldn’t think of using anyone else. It’s so convenient to have the service only twice a year on the outside and annually on the inside, instead of having to be here every month for an appointment. We’ve never had any issues with bugs in between these treatments (unless they come in with the dogs), but Ringdahl always tells us as they leave to make sure to call them to come back if we have any issues.
