My service technician Donald is just absolutely AMAZING! I have recently hired truly nolen again after being a past customer and it was only because of him I returned because i automatically know there is one person who can for sure get the job done! Don is truly an expert at what he does, very detail oriented, extremely knowledgable, he is always courteous, have an awesome personality, respectful and is very professional. He is always a delight to work with and that's why I request him. I have had other technicians in the past but Don is in a class all by himself. My technician Ashley H. Always goes above and beyond the typical standard of care. She follow-ups with me after each service and is very thorough. Thank you Ashley for getting rid of these FL ants!!! Ugh!
