Tech did call to make an appointment. He was 1/2 hour late from the window allotted 10-12. No phone call to alert the tardiness. Once he arrived, he was polite, thorough in his inspection and explained what he saw. He is a fine tech but needs to communicate better with homeowner about time. All our time is valuable and should be respected.Service: Termite inspection
