After 5+ years with Terminix, my recent-bad-experience with their customer service forced me to switch to NozzleNolen. The first visit with Claude was great. He was friendly and professional. He seems to take his job very seriously and love what he does. He deserved a promotion. The two salesmen I met at the Home show last weekend were excellent with selling me the service too. It takes a lot for a good company to make their employees happy. And if the employees are happy, it makes customers like me happy too.
