“I am very pleased with the practice & especially the staff at Heart of Florida Dental. It is one of the best, most gentle and caring dental offices that I have ever been to and experienced. The front desk staff are always very welcoming & caring. The financial people are helpful in working and dealing with the payments, even when I made an error in which card for payment to use, they were able to work it through with me to charge it to the appropriate account for the payment....I consider that to be excellent customer service, and going above and beyond. Thank you! Also, when I came in the day after getting a temporary crown on a tooth, that was feeling weird and hurting, they worked me in as soon as they possibly could on that very day...and readjusted it, so that it was no longer painful or awkward in my mouth. After that adjustment, it was sooo much better, and I was able to eat more easily and adjust to the temporary crown for the next week or so until the permanent crown will be ready to go into place. I also very much appreciate the decor in the exam and treatment rooms that is positive and faith-based and encouraging because it makes me feel more comfortable and at peace while procedures, treatments, and cleanings are taking place. Thank you to all of you!”

Whether it's fear of pain, or being judged from poor hygiene.<br><br>You won't get that here.<br><br>The entire environment from the entrance to the chair is about relaxing you and taking care of your needs.<br><br>I have had a very bad and much need deep cleaning with Stephanie. She was sweet, knowledgeable, and made the process as easy as possible. The results were unbelievable.<br><br>I have had many fillings with Dr. Khan. He's quick, and skilled. You can tell he takes pride in his work.<br><br>Come do a visit. Get a brighter smile.”

“I went in for a cleaning (which was way overdue) and upon my exam, Dr. Fidy saw that 1 of my front crowns which I have had for over 30 years needed to be replaced asap along with the 2 teeth next to it because of shifting in my teeth over the years. I was very nervous, so I asked the dental assistant Stephanie if the work could be started right then. Dr. Fidy agreed because he told me that crown could literally break off at any moment. He immediately numbed me up and got started. He also has a very calming manner as I was frightened and didn't know what to expect. I cannot not say enough also about Stephanie! Not only was she the sweetest & warm spirited person, but she talked talked to me throughout the entire process. She could tell I was nervous and even asked me if I would like some music on. I asked her to play Christian music and she found the best station! She was even singing along, and it made me feel so much calmer and relaxed. She was talking so nicely the entire time explaining everything to me along the way. I think I even grabbed her has a couple of times. She was the sweetest, most caring person to have in a dental office! Dr. Fidy was awesome too! He got the job done and Stephanie worked diligently to prepare my temporary crowns and make sure they were perfect! Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else because of them and how they treated me with such urgency. For something that started out to be a simple cleaning and ended up emergent, I couldn't have asked for a better dentist and assistant. The worst is over and I couldn't be more relieved. Thank you to both of you and all the staff there. Stephanie, you were a God send & thank you as well Dr. Fidy! Amazing group of professionals!”
