“I am very pleased with the practice & especially the staff at Heart of Florida Dental. It is one of the best, most gentle and caring dental offices that I have ever been to and experienced. The front desk staff are always very welcoming & caring. The financial people are helpful in working and dealing with the payments, even when I made an error in which card for payment to use, they were able to work it through with me to charge it to the appropriate account for the payment....I consider that to be excellent customer service, and going above and beyond. Thank you! Also, when I came in the day after getting a temporary crown on a tooth, that was feeling weird and hurting, they worked me in as soon as they possibly could on that very day...and readjusted it, so that it was no longer painful or awkward in my mouth. After that adjustment, it was sooo much better, and I was able to eat more easily and adjust to the temporary crown for the next week or so until the permanent crown will be ready to go into place. I also very much appreciate the decor in the exam and treatment rooms that is positive and faith-based and encouraging because it makes me feel more comfortable and at peace while procedures, treatments, and cleanings are taking place.
