Smiles on Florida

Today was my first time visiting Smiles on Florida and I must say they are amazing. Everyone was so nice and made me feel at home. Katrina who is at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I would recommend any and everyone to them.

Went today for a cap on my front tooth. Didnt think it would come out so great!! Amazing service! Ms. Patel and her assistants were knowledgeable and caring. Soft hands and great attitudes from all involved from the back room to the front desk. When I say the shading and look came out perfect, I mean PERFECT! Went to test drive it on some chicken wings, no problems. I will forever be grateful. Thank yall so much!

Pros:I have been a patient for quite some time and am very grateful and pleased with my dental workCon’s: The management end has a lot left to be desired, especially when it comes to insurance claims. I now have two that have been mis coded and or coded as the same extraction when it was two separate extraction’s. Another issue has been the highly unusual turnover in doctors and staff. I am on the 4th doctor since I started going there. Disappointed!
