Justin the electrician did a great job tracking down a buzzing noise in the electrical box and quickly identified the issue as a faulty doorbell transformer, which he replaced.

Miller's Air Conditioning in Lake Placid FL is awesome. I had a difficult problem to diagnose. They were relentless is working to find the problem. They came to my home 4 times. My technician Greg really cared about getting it fixed. He didn't act like it was just a job .He was here last evening for a couple hours and today it appears the problem is fixed . I was treated very well and I appreciate it. They were be my go to company from here on.
These guys are just honest, friendly and most of all talented barbers. They're both really good barbers and although they're great with adults I've seen them do awesome with kids. My son went there first and he's pretty picky about who cuts his hair!
We have used them twice now. Once in an emergency situation and again today for a non emergency. We would highly recommend them.

Previous owner installed a piece of junk pump for my well 2 years ago. While trying to improve several problems caused by this, the pump overheated and shut off. I've sold many industrial pumps and I can see a failure coming a mile away. Knowing my limits, I asked my water guy, Toby, who to call. I'd tried the local go-to guy in Lake Placid and saw an estimate from him that made my eyes water for things I didn't need. Toby said C&C so I called. I knew exactly what need to be done. Given only general details, Anthony and Jonathan showed up and with the exact pump I was going to have them install! 2 hours later I had a new Goulds J7 powerhouse feeding my systems. Beautiful installation, a price that was exactly what it should have been, and restored faith in the quality of work available around me. These guys are like having a plumber in the family! If you have a plumbing problem that has had you scared because you are afraid of the price or quality of the work that needs to be done, just call C&C Plumbing and rest assured you'll be treated like family.

Anthony was very friendly and initial appointment went great. And my mom loves the photos which was the most important thing. However nowhere does it state that he uses AI to edit and I th8nk it should be something people are aware of. But the experience was amazing.

My ONLY reservation in recommending Nick and his team is that he will get even busier and less available. If he does, its definitely worth the wait! #NickGetsItDone is a company that lives up to its name. I have used them for years both at home and in my company's offices and in all cases, I have been 110% satisfied. Nick has done interior and exterior (whole house) painting, fence repairs and gate replacement, replaced all exterior door hardware on our home, replaced exterior doors, sealed our paver driveway and more. Another project is scheduled soon. In addition to excellent quality work, Nick's customer satisfaction and clear communication are tops as well. I often find that before work begins, we have "task analysis" discussions... I share my goals and Nick contributes his years of expertise to define expected results and then, Nick Get's It Done! All of this at prices that I consider more than fair for Nick's quality work.

Very nice nursery in lake placid. I normally give these a 2 or 3, but this one stands out in its penetration and care of their grounds. Beautiful paving stones create a very well presented offering.
The staff know the plants and options they provide, and offer to get something if they don't have it.
Very friendly and professional, and they also offer services to install for larger products if asked, they provide professional installation at an added charge.
We'll be going back for sure. Highly recommended.

Yesterday, around 4:00 p.m. I was desperately calling the local veterinary clinics around Lake Placid trying to get them to see my new little 12 week old 2 pound Tiny Yorkie. She was in a desperate fight for her life! I had purchased her the day before in Pembroke Pines from a local, reputable breeder there. All the other Clinics pointed out that it was close to 5:00 closing time, and also that they had no openings available for her until the following week! I desperately plead for them to see her, pointing out that she would not make it through the night must less the next week! She could not even hold up her head! No One would see her, but finally Heartland Animal Hospital told me to bring her on in! They came out to my car and tested her for Parvo, and thank God she didn’t have that! So they took her inside and finished taking care of her! They saved her life! For that I am truly grateful! I can’t imagine taking my puppy to anyone else besides them! They genuinely cared about saving the life of my puppy, not too worried that it was too close to knocking off time at 5:00! Thank you so much for saving my puppy’s life, Heartland Animal Hospital! The Vet and entire staff was so compassionate!

Was a walk in. They seated me right away. Didn't get his name, but a young gentleman did my pedicure. He did a fantastic job! I will ask for him again. Very reasonably priced, too.
