This air-conditioning company is spot on. I had a problem and he was already scheduled to come out a few days later and I called him and said I needed him right away and he was here in an hour and a half very reasonable too.
We could not be happier with the complete start to finish work that was done for us. Owner called back promptly to set up a time to meet us when we requested a quote, then followed up promptly with the estimate afterward. The work took place when he said it would and everything was clean and tidy when they were done. The owner is a natural at what he does and seems to genuinely enjoy his chosen profession. He is very patient when answering questions and fully explaining things to folks like us, without making us feel like we are asking too much.
