After the misunderstanding yesterday the owner (Eli) contacted me to apologize for the misunderstanding. I gave them a 2nd chance and they did a wonderful job. So please disregard the prior post here. I give them 5 stars.

She is so welcoming and friendly gives a good foot massage and cleans the nails very well very thorough very knowledgeable and she gave me such cute nails for the spring. She came up with a great idea. It looks so cute.
I have been looking for a good pedicure in the area for TWO YEARS and have been disappointed everywhere else. Everyone at Monarch was FANTASTIC!!! They take their time and do it right. I will only go there now!!!!
