Spires Roofing LLC

Spires Roofing LLC is a second-generation contractor based in Lake Placid, Florida, preparing residential and commercial roofs for the worst of Florida's weather. The company repairs and replaces metal, shingle, and flat roofs. One customer described a great experience, noting an honest proposal, a fair price, and a crew that worked hard, with the roof project coming out better than expected. Another customer had 6-8 roofers make offers to replace the roof. Being a local contractor was first on the list of non-negotiables. Many contractors from 100s of miles away hire day labor. Those may be cheaper, but corners get cut and there is no concern after a storm damages the roof. Those fly by night companies ring the doorbell or leave hangers on the door handle. The local contractor is a roofer in Highlands county with a family legacy that had endured decades, personable and professional, who did not try to upsell work that didn't need to be done or create problems that didn't exist. The crew was there one day and finished up the next. There are no regrets about hiring Spires Roofing. Their info is saved in contacts, and there is no need to go through that stressful process of getting numerous estimates again. The team installed a new roof and was one of the best contractors dealt with over all the years, professionals in all aspects, including the actual installation and clean up. Recently there was an inquiry from the insurance agent, and the contractor came out at no charge and wrote a note back to the insurance company within a few days because of being a past client. Simply put, such a great team. The crew did a fantastic job on a roof. There was a tile roof that had some issues and a switch over to an architectural asphalt shingle. It was a big job, lots of clay to take off. They did a terrific job, nothing but the best to say for this group, very thorough with the cleanup and attention to detail. Highly recommended, no disappointment. Spires Roofing was recently hired to replace the roof on a late mother's home as it was prepared for sale, and there could not be more pleasure with the experience. The crew was prompt, courteous and incredible accommodating during what was a sensitive time for the family. They completed the job with an impressively quick turnaround, and the finished roof looks absolutely beautiful. Their professionalism and quality of work gave real peace of mind. Spires Roofing is highly recommended for anyone needing reliable, top-quality roofing services.
