Yesterday, around 4:00 p.m. I was desperately calling the local veterinary clinics around Lake Placid trying to get them to see my new little 12 week old 2 pound Tiny Yorkie. She was in a desperate fight for her life! I had purchased her the day before in Pembroke Pines from a local, reputable breeder there. All the other Clinics pointed out that it was close to 5:00 closing time, and also that they had no openings available for her until the following week! These ladies are the best. Transparent and kind regarding our pets care and cost. We also use their boarding facilities which is very reasonable! Thank you Heartland Animal Hospital!
The staff were great at making sure our puppy felt cared for. They handled him gently and showed him reasonable care.
They answered all my questions in advance and made sure there were no surprises.
All services were done within the schedule they provided.
Costs were really good compared to some others around.
