Shepard Optical

Thank God this place exists!!! The Bushing on my silhouettes broke and I went to 10 places before I was referred to Shepard Optical. I was an hour away from home and when this issue with my lenses happened, my blood pressure went up and I went into panic mode. Every place I went to told me they have to send it off to the lab for 2 weeks before I get my glasses back!!! No way I could stay without my glasses for 2 weeks plus away from home. I prayed for help and thanks to the gift, talent and the wonderful customer service from Tom and Val, Tom was able to repair my glasses on the spot with in minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Shepard. Make no mistake as he is a very optician in the field. Very down to earth, folksy, and will give you great stories. He was trained at doing things they do not even do anymore, much to the surprise of those he had to contact before testing. We should all aspire to be like him.

Tom and Val are truly great people and know the business well they were so helpful and professional.you be blind not go see them for eye wear thanks Tom and Val. Artie. I recommend them to anyone that’s is need of of eye wear. And just dam good people.
