We had a plumbig emergency in two of our bathrooms first thing in the morning. I was on the phone with Roto Rooter at 7am and they had a plumber onsite by 8am. We were very happy with the quality of work and the communication. We had to several teams come out (plumber, restoration and pipe repair) and everything was coordinated internally. They told me when people would be arriving, and everyone was on time.

We had a blockage in our main sewer drain that I could not fix. Of course, it happened late in the evening, after business hours. I called Roto-Rooter (never needed services like this before). Sergio was out in less than hour and we good to go in less than 2 hours. He was very professional and a complete pleasure to work with!
Shower cartridge replacement. Easy to make appt. Pros were 20 minutes later than the 1 hour promised by the dispatcher. Ultimately they successfully replaced the cartridge, but replaced the old cracked and broken plastic knob…referred me to pick up new one at store for $10. I guess for a full job it would have been preferred they replaced all broken parts for $438 dollar job. Ultimately got the main issue resolved.
