I’ve been going here the past few years, and my favorite thing is the fact that they are literally all inclusive, holistic, and truly focus on natural healing to help people stay away from addictive medication’s. I have a back injury from an accident several years ago and tried shots and medication’s but never found relief until I started going to Parrish because someone suggested it. Dr Parrish can fix you up in minutes when it comes to adjustments, I absolutely love doing acupuncture with Selena because she uses electrodes to find what parts of your body are “out of order” and can pinpoint the best areas to use the needles on, Dr. Cassidy with her dry needling is fantastic because you almost get to the Route cause of so many things by her creativity and experience I mean rather than just treating symptoms she’s Brilliant .
Once I started the therapeutic massages with Monique, I’ve never gone back because every massage therapist I’ve ever been to in my life has made my injury a little worse for a few weeks after she is the only one who has ever been able to fix me up not hurt me and loosen my back enough to function day today. I cannot say enough great things about Cat 3 Recovery. From the very first contact, their responsiveness and professionalism stood out immediately. They answered my request promptly and had a technician onsite the very next day, which is rare these days.
I recently had Cat 3 Recovery perform an air duct cleaning at my home, and it was long overdue. With all the ongoing construction in my neighborhood, combined with everyday allergens from pets and normal household activity, my ducts were in terrible condition. Dust was everywhere—on cabinets, walls, furniture, even clothing—and I was waking up every morning with allergy attacks without fail.
Cat 3 Recovery sent one technician, which I truly appreciated—no revolving door of people in and out of my home. The technician was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and honest. From the moment he explained the process, I felt completely at ease and confident I was in good hands.
He removed all vent covers and cleaned them with an antimicrobial treatment. Any mold present was properly cleaned and encapsulated, including surrounding wall areas near the vents. A powerful air purification machine with high-grade filtration was used while the system was running. He then used a long vacuum hose with a rotating, vibrating soft-bristle brush to gently scrub inside each duct, loosening years of built-up dust and debris, which was immediately vacuumed out of the system.
Afterward, the ducts were treated with an antimicrobial solution and the entire system was fogged. He even inspected and cleaned my AC coils—above and beyond what I expected.
The difference is incredible. My house smells better, feels cleaner, and the air quality has improved dramatically. I’m finally waking up without allergy symptoms.

I am an ER physician from Clewiston hospital, I always prepare my own taxes until this year when I got stuck with complex issues, 1099s, and so forth. They all made it easy for me. There is one thing that puzzles me up, I think they undercharged me somehow. I may need to pass by drop some pizzas on them. A wonderful experience, seriously!
