Used Rocket cooling today for the first time. Very impressed, the tech Ajay was on time, courteous and professional. He went above and beyond not only servicing the unit but also cleaning around it (which the last company never did). Would highly recommend.
Editing my first review to my second Rocket Cooling AC cleaning experience on 9/5/25: Chris Alvarez was polite, friendly, and professional. He arrived early and he did very thorough work on our AC unit, communicating with me and the RC company throughout the process. I think the house is already much cooler. Thank you guys!
