We experienced a lightning strike at our house on a Saturday afternoon and the thermostat on the wall was struck, we also had a power outage. We called Rocket, explained to the friendly staff member who arranged for the technician to keep in touch with us until the power was restored. Thankfully our damage was limited to the thermostat, which he replaced. The cost was reasonable for a weekend call, the service was fast. Joel N. was professional and friendly and we really enjoyed meeting him.

He delivered exceptional service, offering clear and thoughtful recommendations for our air conditioning unit, both internally and externally, to guide our decisions moving forward. Ryan arrived promptly, provided highly informative guidance, and demonstrated the utmost respect for our home throughout the process. I highly recommend Ryan Hall and the services of Rocket Cooling.

Used Rocket cooling today for the first time. Very impressed, the tech Ajay was on time, courteous and professional. He went above and beyond not only servicing the unit but also cleaning around it (which the last company never did). Would highly recommend.
